Publishing Philosophy

When welcomed in, books allow us to nurture the growing seeds of fruitful self-discovery that we require to feel part of this human whole. In work, as in life, I hope to dedicate my time to being open to new experiences that expand my knowledge of these weaving life experiences that bring appreciation for new perspectives. Whether through my writing or editing, and regardless of genre, I hope to develop and promote literature that speaks to the nature of what it means to wonder boundlessly. Through sharing my own lived experiences and having the opportunity to collaborate with other bright minds, I have gained a deeper understanding of the type of connection I seek to explore across these pieces.

I am constantly drawn to books and art that inspire us to slow down and experience each other and the surrounding world more intently. In line with this, I aim to use my environmental science background to further bridge the gap between education and entertainment, giving a wider range of audience access into our intricate connection to each other and the earth. This passion for collaboration and sharing knowledge has led me to find comfort in editing, where I can seek out manuscripts that are worth putting dedicative time into sharing with others. I plan to seek guidance and encouragement for my own stories through opportunities of bringing other brilliant works to the hands of readers. Elevating the experiences of others will surely teach me more about the stories I plan to share down the road, and that is all I can ask for in this current vision of mine.
